Environmental Policy
Our environmental policy is set as follows.
Philosophy
1. ALMEX TECHNOLOGIES Inc. develops, designs, manufactures, sells, and maintains environment-friendly surface treatment equipment and chemical products and aims to win the trust of customers. Through our business activities, it is our objective to perform respective duties and obligations in environmental governance, in joint efforts to plan economic development, social progress, and environmental protection to realize mutual wins and sustainable development of the world.
Behavioral guidelines
1. Be aware of the environmental impact of corporate activities at each branch, including the head office, and deeply recognize the finiteness of resources and energy, prevent pollution, use sustainable resources, mitigate climate change, and so on. We strive to adapt to climate change, protect biodiversity and ecosystems.
2. We will set targets in consideration of the environmental impact of our products, activities and services, and strive to continuously improve our management system to promote environmental awareness and eco-friendly performance.
The priority items are as follows.

- ・We will promote ENERGY CONSERVATION and sustainable use of resources by promoting the remodeling and relocation of equipment to customers and proposing long-term use of equipment.

4.We will comply with applicable laws and ordinances related to environmental aspects and other environmental requirements that we agree upon.
5.We will disseminate environmental protection policies to all our employees and employees of cooperating companies that will participate in our corporate activities. We will educate and convey information regarding the impacts on the environment.
6.We will publish our environmental policy in response to external requests.

Privacy Policy
Almex Technologies Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) recognizes the importance of protecting privacy and shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the “APPI”) and other related laws and regulations.
1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company shall use the acquired personal information for the purposes specified below, according to the respective categories:

(3) Personal Information concerning Officers and Employees (including retirees and resigned officers)
・For personnel and labor management, such as employment procedures, various procedures for social insurance, etc., provision of welfare benefits, and business communications.
・For procedures and communications related to congratulations and condolences, and other various procedures accompanied by changes in personal status.
・For providing training and educational information, selecting eligible participants, and formulating human resource development plans.
・For appropriate implementation of personnel evaluations, calculation and payment of salaries, etc., expense reimbursements, and safety and health management.
Specific Personal Information (personal information that includes the Individual Number, commonly known as “My Number”) shall be acquired, retained, and used within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.

The Company shall take the following organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security control measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data (including Specific Personal Information, etc.) and to otherwise securely manage personal data:

・Physical Security Control Measures:
・Management of areas where personal data is handled.
・Prevention of theft, etc., of equipment and electronic media.
・Prevention of leakage when carrying electronic media, etc.
・Deletion of personal data and disposal of equipment and electronic media.
・Technical Security Control Measures:
・Access control.
・Identification and authentication of persons accessing the data.
・Prevention of unauthorized access, etc., from the outside.
・Prevention of leakage associated with the use of information systems.
3. Entrustment of Personal Information
The Company may entrust the whole or a part of the handling of personal information to an external party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In this case, the Company shall exercise appropriate supervision over the trustee.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company shall not provide personal data to third parties without obtaining the consent of the individual, except as provided by laws and regulations.
